Any legal proceedings shall take place exclusively in state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & MANDATORY ARBITRATION

• Parties must first attempt to resolve disputes through written communication.

• After 30 days, unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration administered by JAMS.

• Arbitration is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).

• Small-claims court exceptions apply.

• Classwide arbitration is not permitted.

15. NO CLASS ACTIONS

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or collective claims.

16. NO TRIAL BY JURY

You waive your right to a jury trial.

17. AMENDMENT; ADDITIONAL TERMS

Pristine may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our Website or sent via email. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

18. MISCELLANEOUS

• Headings are for convenience only.

• Invalid sections are severable; the rest remain effective.

• English version controls if translations conflict.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pristine.
